NEWS
This is an exciting time for users of CAP. We just released
the new CAP system developed using .NET Framework in December 2005. Since
it is compatible with .NET Framework, the new CAP has more specialized
features and is compatible with MS Excel and other programs. This new .NET
compatibility enables users to access to CAP software and data anywhere
they are connected to the internet.
The CAP was originally developed in a Unix/X Window environment. The new
CAP is developed in a PC environment using .NET Framework written mainly in
C# language. This new development process enables CAP to perform even
better with an enhanced interface and improved interoperability.
